Please Allow Time for Review
We understand you may want immediate confirmation, but calling right after submitting your request to check if it was received does not move your request ahead in the queue.
Repeated follow-up calls can actually slow down our ability to review and respond to all incoming requests in a timely manner.
We appreciate your patience while we work through the queue.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your request reaches the front of the queue:
- We review your submission - we check all provided details for accuracy and completeness
- We may request additional information - photos or clarification may be needed to properly assess the situation
- You receive your estimate - estimates are sent via email and text message
- You review and approve the estimate - simply follow the instructions provided to accept
- We schedule your appointment - once approved, we will coordinate scheduling based on availability
How to Speed Things Up
The more complete your request, the faster we can process it.
To avoid delays, please:
- Provide clear, detailed descriptions of the issue
- Upload photos whenever possible
- Include model/brand information if applicable (water heaters, fixtures, etc.)
