Appointment & Payment Policy

Credit Card on File

To schedule an appointment, we require a valid credit card to be securely held on file through a trusted, encrypted payment system. Rest assured, your card information is never stored by us directly—it is transmitted securely to a certified payment processor.

Your card will only be charged in the following cases:

  • Service fee or emergency service fee not collected at the time service is provided.
  • No-show or late cancellation fees.
  • Outstanding balance at the completion of work if you are not present to provide another form of payment.
  • Past due balances on accounts with payment terms not settled within 5 days.

Having a card on file allows us to streamline checkout, avoid delays, and prevent late fees.

If you have any questions or concerns about your payment information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen. Please refer to the full cancellation policy located within the Terms and Conditions page of our website for detailed information.

Account Balances

We require all outstanding balances to be paid before scheduling future services. For accounts with payment terms, past due balances must be settled prior to any additional work.
